NSHR is calling upon former President Dr. Sam Nujoma to confirm or deny allegations that he had ordered an end to an investigation into a cattle appropriation outrage involving several members of the Namibian Defense Force (NDF) and former Namibian Defense Minister Erkki Nghimtina.
