A squad of 14 players has been selected to represent Namibia in an ICC Intercontinental Cup match away to Bermuda from September 3 to 6.

Raymond van Schoor has been selected for the Namibian squad to face Bermuda from September 3-6, 2008.
It’s a well-balanced team that includes experienced campaigners like Deon Kotze, Louis Burger and Bjorn Kotze, while several exciting youngsters have also been called up. They include opening batsman Raymond van Schoor, all rounder LP van der Westhuizen and spin bowler Bernard Scholtz.
Scholtz’ elder brother and leg spin bowler, Nicolaas Scholtz, is also in the squad.
Namibia are currently lying second on the log with two matches remaining in the competition.
Kenya went to the top of the log when they beat Holland on August 16. Kenya now top the log with 96 points from six matches, followed by Namibia on 82 points from five matches and Scotland on 82 points from seven matches. Ireland are lying fourth on 72 points from five matches.
If Namibia beat Bermuda they will be assured of a place in the final. If Bermuda wins or if there is no result, Ireland could still force its way into the final. They still have to play Kenya and Namibia in Windhoek in October.
The ICC Intercontinental Cup final takes place in Dubai, UAE in November.
The Namibian team, which leaves for Bermuda on August 30, is as follows:
Raymond van Schoor, JB Burger, Sarel Burger, Louis Burger (captain), Gerrie Snyman, Deon Kotze, Bjorn Kotze, Tobie Verwey, Craig Williams, Kola Burger, Nicolaas Scholtz, Bernard Scholtz, LP van der Westhuizen and Louis Klazinga.
