Windhoek - As from Thursday, the National Art Gallery of Namibia has been hosting a joint exhibition by Christopher Galliker and Martin Scott. This combinations by two most unlikely artist from different cultures, different backgrounds with a different style of painting are called “ A Massive Creation”.

Martin Scott is a local artist who creates romantic interpretations of Namibian cultures contextualized by the Namibian landscape. His work is naturalistic and demonstrates virtuosity in the use of tonal brushwork.

Christoff Galliker is a Swiss painter who produces paintings in a contemporary European abstract style. Together, this unusual collaboration of work provides for a dialogue between the naturalistic, romantic, and the abstract.

The exhibition will run until Sunday, 11 November.
