| Global provider of Critical Power and Cooling Services and a company of Schneider Electric, APC-MGE and local partner, Legend Power Systems, teamed up to show a presence at the IDC (International Data Corporation)Infrastructure road show, that took place at the Hilton Nairobi last week.
The event enabled senior IT professionals across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) to discuss latest trends in the deployment of infrastructure technologies.
The exhibition also created an opportunity for delegates to network/interact with technology owners and analysts and better understand industry best practices in the field of IT infrastructure.
Not only did APC-MGE and Legend share a joint exhibition stand, but Legend also presented on the 'Next-generation Data centre' and how, using the latest technologies, organizations can improve their IT infrastructure to achieve growth, reduce costs and improve operational efficiency and security.
"In terms of technology, businesses across Africa are adopting APC-MGE's InfraStruXure solution to flexibly add capacity as the company grows, allowing organisations to purchase only what is needed at present while still permitting future growth," explains Carl Kleynhans, regional director: Africa at APC-MGE.
"InfraStruXure also enables organisations to increase availability, improve adaptability and speed of deployment as well as lower total cost of ownership (TCO) within their IT environments." Highway Africa News Agency | |
