| IBMs Workplace also have Lotus Notes integrated in "Productive Tools". This opens doors in the emerging market. Word processing with documents are for many an important application or task or exercise. Applications can be loaded from Notes or Eclipse, but the integration in Lotus Notes are poor. There are two examples, different commands for Sametime integration, inherited from Notes, are not posible for several people to work on, at once. In Open Document Format as in Microsoft Office Format without Office 2007 support. Blogs create or develop in Lotus Notes 8 is a standard function, with a base of a special template and with the help assistent, makes it easier to use and to develop. The template for Blog = Data name <dominoblog.ntf you will find in the drop down list of the template. The Blog must be constructed on a web server. |

| Mindfactory, Lotus "Symohony" is far from a "rudimentary" office alternative. Check it out at IBM website. In fact, I have downloaded it and am quite impressed! |
