Default The good that Namibian Artist do

Sponsor's Message
They do a lot of good to our Nam society, well some may regard kwaito ,rap etc a nuisance but we do have to admit that after a hard days work{in my case a long day of studying} nothing soothes my brain n soul like good sounds[ u gotta face it too, u have a lot of Jackson,Ngatu,The Dogg, stached away],well its time u get them all out coz theres just so much we can do ,we so badly want to solve the fiasco`s in our parlaiment, n to see our political leaders settle their disputes but we can do nothing about that or can we? so i suggest that we keep on working hard to make the changes that we can n pls not to let our selfs go, so pls get out your stached cd`s,dvd`s n just unwind!

so a big thanks to our Nam artists cos they keep us going n whether u`ve won an award or not ,believe me u`ve won a lifetime award that no-one could put a prize on,,thankyou

Thumbs up Good point, Tre!

I believe our nation's health is, in part, reflected in its cultural life. Art and artists are vital for a vibrant society - indeed I think it is vital to nourish our souls. And music does that, doesn't it? Even more reason for our politicians to support the Arts better, and make it possible for people to enjoy arts more, to be exposed to art more and to widen their horizons in the process, don't you think? Why are there not more plays in the National Theatre, for example? Why not more competitions to find hidden talents?
