Comrade_007! Maybe this will help?:

Pendukeni 2008

I am calling upon the youth of Namibia
to think carefully when joining those
whirlwinds political parties,
because they will go nowhere with them.

Caesar 44BC
Let me have men about me that are fat,
Sleek-headed men and such as sleep a-nights.
Yond Cassius has a lean and hungry look,
He thinks too much; such men are dangerous.

Cassius (RDP?) appears a little underfed these days. His "lean and hungry look" unsettles Julius (Pundukeni) Caesar, who prefers the company of fat, contented men—who wouldn't bite the hand that feeds them. Cassius looks like he's been up late nursing his envy, a situation that bodes ill.

U could not have said it better Comrade, I always was of opinion that Pohamba could be a real master at disguise, who always have 'politically' correct speeches, but no action to proof his mouth work.....As they say, you can fool some people sometimes, but you cannot fool all people all the time!!
