Please take urgent note of the power cuts in Namibia for today.

It would best best, were you to make the necessary alternate arrangements before then:

Oshikango: 10:00 – 11:00
Otjiwarongo & Grootfontein: 11:00 – 12:00
Lüderitz & Ondangwa: 12:00 – 13:00
Tsumeb: 13:00 – 14:00
Walvis Bay & Oshakati: 17:00 – 18:00
Keetmanshoop & Swakopmund: 18:00 – 19:00
Windhoek: 19:00 – 20:00

Please inform all colleagues and friends.

Does it not strike you how little information there is about the REAL reasons for the shortage of power in the region, save the usual litany of excuses?
