	NAMIBIA: Cabinet briefing - 3 October 2007 Cabinet took the following decisions at its 14th ordinary meeting held on 21 August 2007, its 15th ordinary meeting held on 4 September 2007 and its 16th ordinary meeting held on 18 September 2007.

	NAMIBIA: Total Allowable Catches (TAC) 2008 Government of the Republif of Namibia Research surveys on horse mackerel stocks conducted in 2006 and 2007 have indicated a decline in the horse mackerel biomass to 546 000 and 535 000 tonnes respectively. There has also been an overall reduction in the size of captured fish and this indicates that this fishery is under pressure.
